What’s It About?
Here is a space for insights that support individuals across the neurological continuum. As a resource for service providers and parents, I offer honest, clear information about communication and sexual health. I support autonomy for everyone by sharing content that is accessible, interactive, and empowering. I aim to help you foster dialogue rooted in dignity, connection, and the individual’s needs. This blog addresses gaps in traditional sex education, brings in communities, and consistently center inclusion. Consider this an invitation to provide support that honors the right to know and helps guide individuals toward self-determination.

My Journey Into Sexual Health Education
In this post, I share two moments that shaped my path and dedication to this work. From a high school student’s need for information to helping a 30-year-old woman with developmental disabilities navigate dating and sexual health. These experiences deepened my understanding of the gaps in sexual health education and the need to support those often excluded. Reflect with me on my journey from classroom teacher to providing one-on-one education to individuals with developmental disabilities. Let’s work together to ensure that everyone has access to the information and resources they deserve. **Free poster download**
