As an educator, I guide discussions that foster collective understanding, refine approaches, and empower participants to achieve their goals confidently. As an advocate, I reform systems from within, using culturally relevant practices, evidence-based techniques, and storytelling to create an honest, open space that encourages meaningful dialogue. As an activist, I role model centering those disproportionately impacted and I encourage others to use their unique gifts for positive, personally meaningful change. As a visionary, I lead with intentional grace, guiding us toward a future where everyone can truly show out and bring their whole selves without diminishing another.
